Work Package 2: Interactions with standardization groups and certification authorities

The scope of this work package consists in the identification of a new optimized process for the validation and certification of the aircraft using integrated modelling and specific design for virtual testing.

The tasks of this Work Package are the following:

Task 2.1: Identification of challenges for the new certification processes.

With the information about the current used tools, the state-of-the-art tools and processes and the feedback from the industry and the certification authorities, FAVIT will identify the main challenges for the future in the aerospace projects.

Task 2.2: Periodic interaction with Certification Authorities.

This task will involve certification authorities and research centres in the analysis of the challenges of the new certification processes.
